De Bottle

It has been a month, there is not updated yet from my blog. Yet, i am busy revamping my blog
Has been using a classic template since a few years ago . And now lets my blog pamper to
upgrading template. Nonetheless, my own customized blog design is still alive there :)

It's a newly cosy place and artistic setting in Batam for drink and eat ..
The 5th Floor of newly Bistro & Pub serve you different atmosphere in each floor itself
De Sky - De Pub - De Bistro - De Shop . Everything in one called as ' De Bottle '.

De Pub

It's called as De Pub because they do serve wine / beer , appetizer , and live music which is something
looks like a pub but it is not exactly a pub . .. At 1st floor, a lot of Ang Moh are sitting in
the bar there for drinking and could be concluded perhaps 1st floor is for Ang Moh style . LOL

While i was going down to 1st floor through the staircase from 2nd floor ,
Reached the 1st floor and i saw something spooky on my left side, Oopss !!!
Oh No !!! The color , the design looks like a haunted house nearby the bar area . .. Hahaaa .

Well, this is how the table and chair being designed ..
It's a square table on 1st floor beside the long table at above picture

De Shop

A special designed room created for displaying wines which is where the name of De Shop it be.
An amazing room with a fully designed mirror at your both left and right , wine displaying
at your front and back, and together with a wine bottle shape for door opening !!

I am not sure what kind or what type of wine it is because i don't know much about wine :)

De Bistro

The word of "Bistro " i guess you guys know what its mean :) .. Nothing else than Food & Beverage
Another special thing that i want to highlight about Bistro at De Bottle is as i mentioned
earlier on, each floor serves a different atmosphere so does each floor serves a
different kind of food. Well, let's to the point :
** 1st floor --> available of Western and Asian delights with a-la carte menu
** 2nd floor --> is fine dining with a Western Style Dining of a-la carte menu choice
** 3rd floor --> currently don't have
** 4th - 5th floor --> buffet available from 6pm -8pm

Its a quite quiet place of fine dining. Nevertheless, the designed a bit spooky instead of cosy ?? LOL

And this is the kitchen on the 2nd floor.

De Sky

Its not a sky dining yet its a dine in place at the rooftop. This is where the buffet is carried on
I couldn't mention much about the buffet choice because as i know, the choices are not fixed
and changed without notice. Unless asking the staff there i guess :)

There are grilled beef, grilled goat, sausage, grilled corn , fruits, nyonya kueh , soup , etc .
Besides it, there are different variety of sauces such as Mushroom sauce, BBQ Sauce, Wine
Sauce, etc which are prepared well for toppings .. Choice of Drinks : Soft Drink and Beer

The highest rooftop - 5th floor

It is 4th floor which is mostly full occupied and reserved .
Call to reserve 1st if wanna to chop seat at 4th floor especially during weekends or come earlier ??

I like the TOILET !! becausee its cold and got AC !! .. Hahaha

Before i left this post, i decide to share some of bad experience i had at De Bottle .

P.S. : I don't have any meaning behind all of this. The Boss should pay more attention to
the staffs and their service in order to improve on their service and maintain their GOAL !!

WTH !! WHAT SERVICE IT IS !!! What the staffs are doing !!!

When first time i stepped in to this place, together with group of my friends.
We booked at 2nd floor and my we wanted a long table but when we reached the staff told us,
the table couldn't be arranged or combined. Fine, we moved to 1st floor as in they could
arrange a long table for us . Seating arrangement was settled and time for food ordering .

Well, food ordering was done and waited around 15 mins, some of our food were served,
while others were still waiting. 1st served food was Pasta Oglio O'lio . We know that Oglio O'lio is
served with garlic and oil. And should be no tomato base .. But what my friend had on the pasta
was contained a tomato base . HUH ?? So we were wondering it is a right order ?

My friend checked with the staff there and told them its a wrong order. They took it away and
after a few minutes, the pasta came and now the color looked different !! But, WTH !!
it seem a drained away of the tomato pasta instead of a new serving of Oglio O'lio Pasta.
Heylo !!!! WE ARE NOT DUMB !! WE ARE NOT STUPID , OK !!
We know what Pasta Oglio O'lio it is

And the staff still didn't want to admit that they served a wrong pasta. My friend was angry
and told to another guy, i think is the supervisor . Well, the supervisor took it away and
after a while . LOL !!! OMG !!! IT'S REALLY SUPER ANNOYING ..
They didn't change a new one . IT'S EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE PREVIOUS ONE..

Well, my friend who ordered it had gave up on it and didn't want to pursue on .
We thought that was the end so we let it go as well ..
BUT !! Who's know the more incredible and annoyed things were still on the back .

We waited for my friends food & for about an hour and hadn't come yet !! GOSH !!
And the drink as well . How long you need to make a juice and a simple jug of beer ? ? !!!
Will it be till more than 30 mins ? ? Guess What , The staffs forgot about the orders !!!!

Fine !!! After we asked about the drink and food, the drink served in around 15 mins and
the food was still not out yet !! My friend asked the staff who served the drink about her food.
It was very late already around 8 plus and very hungry. The staff called the person who took our
order and He was not happy about this . He showed his attitude and FK !! His fking unpolite
eyes when turned to our table was really deserve to have a slap from us. He answered " Still in process" .
WATCH CAREFULLY ON YOUR ATTITUDE !!

After an hour plus, my friend's food came, It's Beer - Battered Fillet O'Fish.
The Fish was hot but the fries was cold !!!

What would you do if you meet this circumstances and how you gonna enjoy your food ?
