Dinner Dimsum : Crystal Jade Dining In

Looking for classic Dim Sum at Crystal Jade with a many well known food includes
Xiao Long Bao（小笼包 ）and Siew Mai ( 烧卖 ). Crystal Jade Dining in at Vivo City
has a wide selection of Cantonese style delicacies and dim sum. In addition, it also has a
good interior design, brightly by natural light and good for a family-style dim sum.


Siew Mai
Siew Mai was tasted in a good sense with a soft skin and love the chewy pork inside.

Xiao Long Bao
Besides Siew Mai, Basket of Xiao Long Bao is one thing that you couldn't forget to order.
It is good to eat while it is hot since the skin is still remained soft steamed in a basket.
Satisfied craving of XLB with a juicy soup that drill down while we bite it.

Custard Bun
If you have followed me and reading on my any of Dim Sum post, you know that Custard Bun is
my forever favorite dimsum. It was a good to have a try of Crystal Jade Custard Bun, and not
saying that i am picky but it was not taste as good as other dim sum.

The quality of the salted egg was not pretty good compare to other Custard bun
whereas it looks nice on the picture of its skin color.




BBQ Pork Bun ( Char Siew Bao )
Chinese Steamed Bun filled with barbecued pork. A selection of chinese bao that i liked.
The char siew is filled with moist and tender combination of lean and fat meat which seasoned
with a char siew sauce that make it smells nice.

Dumpling Soup
Basically it is a Kurobuta ( Pork ) Shanghai Dumpling aka Soup Dumpling.
The soup was salty which i don't really like nonetheless i love the dumpling !
The quality of dumpling is there. You can easily pick them up with chopstick without breaking.
The meat is tender and succulent. Perfectly seasoned. But it is pricy with only 4 dumpling in $9

Chicken Feet

Appetizing of steamed chicken feet with black sauce. The broth of black sauce is

 niceto have with the chicken feet. Liked !! It was a little bit of spicy but it the 

sauce made the chicken feet pretty good in my mouth.
