SUSHI DINING : Sushi Tei - JEM Singapore

As usual during the peak hours of dinner time, Sushi Tei at JEM always occupied
by the crowd, be it weekdays or weekends. If you choose Sushi Tei to be your dinner
no matter how long the queue it is, you will stay on the queue.

I was lucky enough to get the seat within 10mins despite there were a few queue in
front of me which they still waiting for the seat. Without a much delay, after seeing
the menu ,we place the order quickly as it may took a longer time due to the crowd.


Salmon
Instead of choosing sashimi set, we go for just the Salmon instead.
Since we wanted to eat lesser raw food and we crave more on the salmon.
Right choice to be chosen. Fresh and yet satisfied ! ( $8.80 )

Kani Korn

Not much idea on what sushi to choose since we wanted to place order faster

so i chose corn sushi cause i thought of want to eat sushi corn ($2.30)

Shime Saba
Other than sushi corn, Saba - fish would be a good idea for additional sushi ($4)

Aburi Salmon Roll
The best sushi of the night ! Indulge in Aburi Salmon Roll filled with fresh salmon, salmon
roe, and avocado. Special Rol of Sushi Tei ! The feeling was so delicious while
boasting the fresh salmon slices ($12.80)

Coming to the grill choices, while sushi parts are done. 

Hotate Teriyaki

Who doesn't love grill food with soya sauce ?

Grill food is also nice to serve with Soya sauce. The sweetness of the sauce makes frangrance

of grill food nicer. The grilled scallop is appetizing though 2 sticks are not enough ! ($8)

Teriyaki Chicken

Well ! I love the teriyaki chicken. Meaty, tender and moist ! especially the soya sauce 

though it had a bit of salty taste in my mouth but it is wonderful while having an appetite 

of craving good teriyaki. Teriyaki chicken is one of the popular Japanese food. ($8)

Chawanmushi 

Chawanmushi is a hot appetizer in Japan. It is a steamed egg custard.

Fine textured steamed egg. Soft and have a pleasant smell. It contains steamed 

mushroom which doesn't make the custard egg just a plain steamed egg ($4.30)
