CATO : Restaurant and Bar at Chinatown

Chinatown was known as a neighbourhood place that featuring Chinese cultural and
occupied by a traditional shops and markets. Over the years, it has evolved into a
mix of old and new bustling place, filled with an interesting cafe, restaurants and even
a night life landscape while remain the beloved tradition and culture.

CATO, a Modern Asian Restaurant and Bar at Chinatown is one of the great spot to look
for a dinner party and awesome chillax of night life. The dining concept stylish

Bringing back to the familiar traditional taste, A-One Bak Kut Teh has recently opened their
new outlet at Star Vista. The comfort ambience and family dining style experience of  local
restaurant proud to claim themselves as Singapore's First Claypot Bak Kut Teh Porridge.

Pretty interesting menu cover by using the main concept of Pork, which present their
Signature of pork related dishes. Don't be SHIOK with the Pork cover (not everything with pork),
as on top of the typical local Bak Kut Teh, they also serve local delicacy such as
Yong Tau Foo, Braised Platter and Assorted Vegetables.

Dinner Dimsum : Crystal Jade Dining In

Looking for classic Dim Sum at Crystal Jade with a many well known food includes
Xiao Long Bao（小笼包 ）and Siew Mai ( 烧卖 ). Crystal Jade Dining in at Vivo City
has a wide selection of Cantonese style delicacies and dim sum. In addition, it also has a
good interior design, brightly by natural light and good for a family-style dim sum.

Siew Mai was tasted in a good sense with a soft skin and love the chewy pork inside.

Salt Grill and Sky Bar @ ION ORCHARD

Dining with glow city view at atas restaurant is always pleasing.
Salt grill and Sky Bar is a high complete dining experience, perched at the top of Ion Orchard.
Savouring a modern Australian cuisine by celebrity chef Luke Mangan, the Wow factor
is definitely the amazing view regardless it is at day or night. But of course, night
view is always more enchanting and impressive.

Taking a lift to level 4 of ION Orchard, there is a concierge desk and a sign for
Salt Grill and Sky Bar. The receptiosnist will bring you over to the dedicated lift to reach
to level 55 of its restaurant. Not only the interior and exterior of its restaurant looks
very decent and exclusive but also the lift is from level  4 was stunning !

Review : Criollo Cocoa Cafe at Town Orchard Gateway

Reached at town, Somerset MRT in the morning nearly to 11 AM.
Not much people were hassling down at town.
It was still quiet, unlike the packed & crowded town during afternoon - night time.

While on the way to Criollo Cocoa Cafe at Orchard Gateway, we stopped for a while,
looked at the directory to make sure we were in the right place.
The cafe is located at quite corner, overlooking Orchard Road.

Tian Kee & Co

Tian Kee and Co was 54 years old provision shop, situated in one of Singapore
oldest estate, Dakota Crescent. Now the shop has become an Artisan cafe with a
retro concept. At the first drop, i saw a simple blue traditional monochrome signboard,
and high wooden table and seats with an ancient feel.




The shop is quite smal with an antique decoration feel that slowly bring you into 60's.
Even tough it is a non air - conditioning cafe with a ceiling fans, but the crowd of its
quaint place is  always there especially during weekends.

There is a self service water station to get a Free Mineral Water.

Food Review : New Revamp Menu Harry's bar

From time to time, we heard about Harry's. It has grown become a well established
bar and dining place for beers, extensive selection of wines and stylish cocktails.
Recently Harry's has opened a New Outlet at Clarke Quay on 1st May 2015
and more awesome with the launch of new revamp Food Menu.

Proudly to announce that now Harry's not only a place for drinking but also offering
50 over International selection of  Food, prepared by their culinary teams.

Food Menu is divided into different section from finger foods to desserts.

you can drop by to a neighbourhood to have a Waffle and Ice Cream

I have been dropping by to neighbourhood of Ayer Rayah Market & Food Center
for a few times, but didn't know it has such a cozy place to have for a snacker of waffle
and ice cream at West Coast Drive. I was quite surprised when saw the place at one corner,
( hidden at the behind neighbourhood ) with a designed picture of ICE CREAM ! and BEAR!

Shokudo Japanese Coffee House

A Japanese concept cafe based in Singapore that located at the heart strategic location
has offered number of Japanese cuisine with optimum effort included pasta, pizza,
western grills, burgers, udon , sushi,  curry rice, chicken chop etc.

It is located at Orchard Cineleisure ( right up the escalator ) level 2.
Accessible easily for lunch or dinner after the movie at Cineleisure


Shokudo Yuzu Chicken Wing

The roasted chicken is definitely be my little taste buds for the light bites.
It comes together with a wasasabi mayonnaise sauce.
Neither too oily nor too dry, and cooked to the succulent perfection . Taste Great !

It's so near yet so far from my place which i didn't know about it till i visited it
Has been pass by a lot of time but have no idea at all it has a cafe over there
Oh well, i am nook of it except i know where is west coast.

Long time has not been for cafe hopping and since we were around west coast area
so i suggest W39 Bistro for dinner which i had read long time ago about their Rainbow Cake..
